I love sketching portraits with lots of character. This is white charcoal and a dark brown pastel pencil on craft paper. About 8x10”, taking a little over two hours. Hopefully I’ve caught some of the character. Thanks for looking.

Pleasure. I'm realising how hard portraits are to do as I'm learning to do them Sanylnn. I've got to say this knocks most of the ones I've seen out of the park. Really alive and well executed.
