After a period of no motivation to paint I invested some time exploring some galleries and art shows yesterday. Went to bed with many images in my head and awoke with some ideas for subjects. Ironically, the subject of this work came from my neighbor's lawn while walking the dog. I don't care where inspiration come from as long as I get a share.

Nice painting - very pleasing to look at. The subtle contrast of the dark red against the greens adds interest.
