With the second of my art columns now in print, I guess I'm legitimately an art feature writer. Jazzed about this.

Local artists and institutions are starting to respond to my emails and are seeking publicity. OK, here we go. Wish me luck

Sorry, I have no control over paywalls. Makes me question whether it's worth it to post these, since only some can seem to access them.

Bart, I don't know if it's a paywall, but it REQUIRED a subscription - at least for me. Which I might be willing to do, but not if I have to give my phone number. What could a newspaper possibly want with my phone number -- except to sell to some ad firm?

Bongo, since it's a regional newspaper and I don't think you're local I would not recommend subscribing just for my column. Yes, that's a paywall. Why some experience it and not others is beyond me.

They would be pissed if I copied the column here, so can't burn that bridge.
