Bart, that's great but also note that in many European countries like in Ireland and Finland we have a basic income to all about 800 €/month. Ok, the amount (325€/week) they are starting to pay for artists is a little bit more than what we have now but not that much more.

Murray, just valuing art enough to support it by government funding to individual creators is a triumph in and of itself. Not the patronage or grant model that predominates and virtually excludes most creators from a source of steady income.
