Nicely done. Queen Bee used what appears to be the same reference photo for her nice colored pencil version. It looks to be an immature goshawk; the eyelid shape isn't right for a red-tail.

But I'm curious about the source of that photo, because I've never seen nor ever heard of any kind of hawk with blue eyes.
