Inspired by Trier, I just joined. My primary medium is hand built pottery but I also enjoy mixed media, playing with paints and working on collaborative projects with my grandkids. I look forward to getting more ideas from all of you.
Thank you PSA. Scratchboard is a hardboard of some sort that is first covered with white clay then with black ink and the black is scratched away with a sharp instrument. It can be anything - a needle, pin, or anything with a sharp point. I've used X-acto knives, even tatoo needles. If color is desired, acrylic inks are used.
