After taking a trip to a semi local museum/art gallery, I decided to try drawing some of the sculptures that I saw. What do you think?

I think those are pretty darn good. It's like life drawing in a way because you have a 3-D model. It's probably really good practice, and they will stand still for you for hours! :)

Yes- like Life Drawing; these are pretty good, too. Harder to judge with the sculptures right there to eagle-eye compare- if you do this again, maybe post the refs in a reply.

You are using pencil? Try some charcoal and a white pencil, too- on brown butcher's paper. The paper becomes your mid-tone values, the charcoal your darks and the white your lights. Cuts out a third of the work!

Ooh ok, I’ll make sure to keep that in mind ^^

Ooh that sounds great! I’ll be sure to try that :D
