Thanks Jo! I preferred my cat with the hat sketch to the pearl earring one but it's all part of the process.. & I now have loads of cat pictures saved to work through.. practice, practice, practice. Luckily it's good fun eh?!

Beginning to feel a sense of direction too.. I like animal pics but especially cats, with very colourful, abstract backgrounds.

I really like this by Ashley Hacksaw who I discovered on YT.
