Hey ya'll! I tried the Dragon set of the Black Widow colored pencils, 36 for only $17 on Amazon. I did a review and demo of this leaf on my art youtube channel.
Views would be awesome but if you don't feel like watching the video, I'll summarize; they performed *beautifully*! Smooth, creamy, excellent laydown, vibrant colors. They were a pleasure to work with. I plan on getting more sets and replacing my Prismacolors because these are less expensive and work as well or even better because they don't break every 3 minutes. They have no lightfastness to speak of but for practice? They're perfect. I highly recommend them!
