Across the paddocks

Good colors and a pleasing atmosphere.
My ideas about the eye path path problem and a possible solution are the following.
The eyes run down the fence and the quite evenly distributed groups of trees block them to go further to the distant hills in the middle.
So they follow the fence to the right side of the paintings and leaves it there. If you would remove one of the tree groups at the right half of the painting and open up a space to the background they could leave the fence. Maybe it is also good to add a bit shading on the ground in the opening or a different value in the grass leading to the hills near the middle.

I think it's very nicely painted. When I looked at it as requested for the focal point my eye was drawn immediately to the fence which took me right out of the painting. Sno mentioned this too so I'm glad she confirmed that for me. Your alterations work very well and improve what was already a lovely painting. Looking forward to seeing your next one.
