The OP feels loaded, like it's ready and set for debate or an argument between genders.

It feels that way because that's what it is it is.

The follow-up comment about his "friend" being unjustly attacked by females (and their ridiculous ideas) makes that pretty clear. It reads like standard-issue trolling to me. Just someone looking for a reaction, or to stir up shit for their amusement. You can dress trolling up in academic language, but it's still trolling.

Being that this forum was established to get away from debates (which are never actually debates) it's probably time to say goodnight to this one.
