Why am I getting a Van Gogh vibe from this? The floor is so beautifully done and this seems to be about much more than just a chair. Wonderful work, Wayne!

Thanks Donna .. yes I seem to have put the chair in an interior environment and so the environment had to adjust to the chair. It's hard to explain but the rest of the colors went around the chair and had to host the chair. As for Vincent .. broken color. He use his strokes of color I use what I call reflected color to form trails.

Thank you Terri. The chair is still a week or two worth of studies away from being understood but each study gives me a little more to look forward to the next. I should just post them as a group and then the painting but I consider these daily chair studies as a WIP ..
