Am again experimenting with using as few strokes as possible. I used to label them of Suggestive Of images. It was easier then - to not keep adding little bits

I like this and like your idea of keeping it simple. Do you mean that you will use this as a future reference for a more complex painting? If so, I should try it. I wreck so many good beginnings by adding too much or covering over the shapes I like the most.

Thanks Donna. I do create them as references, and sometimes as standalone with a few extra bits added in minature, perhaps a silhouette, or distant tree, bird or recognisable symbol
