Temple Visit

This loose quick sketch is 4″ x 5″ and was done eighteen months ago using a Fude hard tip brush pen. I used a photograph by Prithvi Chandrasekhar as reference. And, I added some very quick and loose watercolour washes to the sketch earlier this week.

Nice detail, but appears a bit tilted to the viewer's left. Perhaps the structure was like that?

Yes, the temple does appear slightly tilted. And no, the structure is not like that. As far as this error is concerned, the saving grace in this sketch is that the figures and the temple are aligned with one another. It would have been worse if one had been upright and the other tilted.
