Thank you Donna. I find I am drawn to early Impressionism by the French and Russians. I like their ability to break it down to essentials and then accent it. Acrylic seems to flow more easily than oil in the translation of what I want to say via the medium.

Got my new paints so tomorrow I find out how they work for me. I have a few ideals on tap so I can concentrate on the color and value only. Looking forward to it.

Thanks Sanlynn. I must say there are things I love about oils but there are things I love about acrylics as well. Different beasts but music soothes the wild beast.
