Study Time Again

Wayne Gaudon .. Alla Prima .. Oil on Paper .. 11 x 14 .. these are studies as I am painting them on the back of pieces I thought not good enough for my collection. You could call them reversable studies and so it's a flip of a coin, one side up or what side down. Found an image of berries in a bowl and decided I would paint berries in a bowl to see what would become of it.

Love them with the gray background. Makes them really stand out.

I decided to try the rose in the glass again. I'll call it a Sno rose and it has a few more lines to it. 11 x 14 .. alla prima .. oil on paper ..
