Skull Savvy Hand Carved Skulls Quality?

I had a quick question about hand carved animal skulls. While browsing I found the following website:

It looks alright, the quality of their skulls looks pretty good and the prices are fairly reasonable too. What I was wondering is, does anyone have any experience with their products?

Quality, customer service, etc?
