This only took me about 3 hours. This is a study from photo. How do you people like it.

I see good likeness. If I could make one suggestion, the rep,inaction would be a closer match if you adjusted the light values.

Nice brushwork! To me, her nose, mouth, and chin are a little large in relation to the eyes and forehead.
