Joan - The blossoming trees seem yo yell Spring! Fun to see your fellow sketchers. Agree with Ai and Jo the shells do have that pearly glow. Well done. Your digital looks like one of your line snd wash paintings! Your sketch biddies make good models. Have to tell you the West Saybille painting made me laugh. I was expecting a dune grass painting with the Great South Bay in the background not paved road with cars. LOL
Ai - One thing I have learned about Thailand from you, besides having beautiful temples, is that the food always looks so pretty. Do they feed the fish to keep them near 5he pier? The old building looks like it was once an important building.
Robin - The squishy is adorable. The box loos like a handy carryall.
Pine cone - Welcome home. You were missed. Love the colors in the bookmark.
Ned - great country landscape This is my daughter quite a change from your normal seascapes and Rick formations.

We seem to have settled into a little routine so hoping to find some moments to actually draw.

Ai - One thing I have learned about Thailand from you, besides having beautiful temples, is that the food always looks so pretty. Do they feed the fish to keep them near 5he pier? The old building looks like it was once an important building.

Ai, your KohKred sketch is amazing. Lovely story. You do the watercolor perfectly. Makes me hungry. Fun fish, nice gestures. Your old building is so good, don't know how you and Joan manage the posts free hand. Your lines on the motor bike are so good. You captured the feel of it.

Hey Ned. The Longhorns have been fun and playing so well. I'm just getting used to all the new team members. Your calming sketch is great. I like your technique for the vegetation and fence and .... well all of it. Thanks for the photo.
Joan, look at your great sketches. The calming spot looks like "real" watercolor. Well done on the digi. Fun to see your friends in watercolor. The flowering tree scene is so well done. The vehicles on the dock are so fine!! Good find for garden. I really like the tulips.
Fletch, love the Kleenex box. Simple but the story is there. Hope you do find some moments. It gets a bit harder, eh? We get a schedule going and then......
I sketched a few days ago at PT with sketchbook and palette balanced on my knee. Number 1 used in your art - palette in watercolor and Ohuhu pen in the Ohuhu sketchbook.

Joan: Thanks.... My express boat to Nonburi Pier, a tad shy of Koh Kred (Kred Island) is a mighty serious one like this . Gorgeous flower market... thanks for such a great spring vibe. Beautiful set of wheels by the ocean.
Ned: Thanks. My fish sketch was from a school of them swimming back and forth... they move fast though. I kind of like do (assume) their quick gestures. Love your calm house scene. I can see why it feels calming.
Fletch: Thanks. For the fish sketches; we don't feed this type of fishes... they roam freely in mightly Chaophraya river. Well there are many styles of food shops here. My friends and I just plan to go to the one with interesting food plates to sketch. Nice thinking and execution of a tissue box sketch.
