Artyczar Moderator Messages 13,128 Mar 1, 2021 #3 Same here. As soon as it's dry where I can wipe my hand across it and make sure. Dry to the touch, like sno said. I've not had any problems with them not sticking. Just don't do it the other way around (acrylic over oil).
