Port Jeff Village Requires Artwork Adorn Vacant Property Windows

New code hopes to help beautify the village.

This town is close to me. Great idea I think. The landlords are probably annoyed unless they are communists, but I would volunteer some of my paintings to any landlord unable to afford their multi-million dollar price tags.

We had something like this happening in Los Angeles for a while too, but it seemed like it just faded away. I don't see much of it anymore, or maybe the buildings aren't technically abandoned.
