My time on the The Fourth Plinth (An application)

I have an idea for a sculpture to be placed on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square. I am certain the powers that be wouldn't allow me loose on such a landmark I'm not bitter. Not at all. Anyhow, here is an example, a mock up, if you will....Mr London Mayor, Mr Sadiq Khan, sir, pleeease!

A to scale replica of a plastic toy soldier (The above is an example) complete with casting seams in the manufacturing process. Genius, what?
