Minimalist Painting

Hard edge minimalist painting has resonated with me since I first became interested in art, probably around the age of 8. Perhaps it's because I thought it would be easy, and suit my lack of painting skills, that I attempted to paint a number of paintings in this "style" through the years. They were all sold, but I kept one for sentimental reasons. It is on the wall in my bedroom today.

That was a good reaction! Thank you everyone for appreciating the video and being so complimentary about my bicycle wheel painting. Perhaps I should attempt something in that vein again, although I am still stuck in my more recent grungy, sombre style.
