Okay, I had to go look that up to get the reference! The hazards of the art-illiterate.

I was going to say: film spool pattern/repetition. But that's just me.

Exactly! I like looking up artists I've never heard of; I'm seldom disappointed.

I can't tell you what you're doing to me with these palettes! You might not believe me, but I almost feel like I'm lifting up out of my body with excitement. That blue-green one especially makes me so happy.

Wow! I did not expect that reaction! I mean, colour field, minimalism, is a hard sell when it is done in paint with the tactility of the artist's hand. That said, i believe you have a rare sensitivity, evidenced in your capacity to evaluate a wide range of approaches to art. I am not just saying that because of the positive feedback. Thank you.
