I never showed my weird sculpture at its completion. It's been displayed at my show since November. I couldn't get the best picture of it because we installed it in a smaller room by a small window. I probably should have taken some details so you could see the embroidered tags on it. Many people got a kick out of it, and the gallery is doing some outreach to place it in a children's hospital or museum. Who knows? But I'm not counting on it. :ROFLMAO:

You continue to amaze. This looks exactly like your initial sketches - and frankly I had no clue how you would pull it off, considering the height and the bend.

But you did! Of course you did. Magical, whimsical Ayin. ❤️ I am hoping for a children's hospital. There's not a kid out there who wouldn't find some comfort or welcome distraction from this piece. But that's just me. Wonderful!

It would be fun to see the tags if the light allows.

Thank you Wayne and Terri! I would much rather it be in a hospital. I have work in a few hospital settings, but none are for children, specifically. I have been reaching out to the agency that got me into the two new places in San Francisco cancer centers to see if they'll bite for next time they have a children's facility as their client. We'll see.

We can thank Hannah for the sturdy engineering of the armature. We put our heads together, but she ultimately had the idea to make sure it would not move and stay heavily grounded. :)

This would be so awesome in a children's hospital or care facility of any kind - it's an instant smile! I love the addition of the fish and the tags are a nice way to let adults and older kids know that there is a meaning behind this eye-catcher. You are so creative!

That's just amazing, Ayin, and would be really great in a children's hospital. I can just see the littles looking up in amazement. ❤️❤️
I still think of the Bremen Town Musicians when I see it. :giggle:
