Hi Nakarmi. What a lovely painting. I love the deep golden glow and how you put your figure in the flowers. You captured the subject well looking off to a private world she can see and that we are not part of. I like the slightly more dynamic, textured background behind the still, quiet figure.I can relate to this scene.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you for your feedback, Paintboss. 🌻 The subject stands as both part of and apart from the scene, a figure who belongs yet remains distant, who connects but holds back. The background mirrors this duality, with orange blending softly into yellow, suggesting unity and separation.

I agree with everything Christine said so well, Nakarmi. The way the figure interacts with the background and the quiet mood appeal to me very much. You didn’t overdo it with the flowers either so they don’t steal the spotlight. Beautiful!

Thanks, Donna. I wasn't primarily thinking about it while I was painting, but when I look at it now, it does go well with the overall aesthetics. I like how it turned out. Also, thank you for your continuous support. 🙏
