Sorry for my belated answer, I've been stuck to oil painting and keep forgetting water media. It's so much fun to paint loose way and not to worry if things go wrong.
Hope you get to paint some water media soon!

Well, it was a very quiet challenge. I finally finished mine -at least as much as I’m going to do on it. I learned some things using the GOUACHE. I’ve always used it a little bit with watercolor. This was the first time I used it by itself. One thing I am more aware of is …don’t get working too thick with it. It can handle a bit, but it can also crack. Also I’m not happy with some of my brushes. I’m going to have to replace some. Next time I would use different brushes on areas to get a smoother layer.

Thanks Joy. I’ll probably do a few tweaks yet. Next time I’m gonna do a little a little bit more with colours in petals and in some of the leaves.

Joy, you say you can’t do flowers, well I beg to differ. Your painting is gorgeous! I love all the colours you found in the pedals.
Grapes, you were brave to try the landscape. There were definitely some challenging angles there and you’ve handled them well.
PB, what a beautiful painting. The contrast of the flowers and leaves against the black is quite striking.
