Elastic band

In 2013, when an elastic band meant something.

Band banned from a band of bands Acrylic on paper.

Using Paul Klee's oil transfer technique. Oil and acrylic on canvas.

Despite the frame, added just to complete the set. Acrylic on paper.

This is so inventive and fresh. I love it and thought of Klee before you even mentioned him.

Thank you Artyczar. I love the collaboration that can occur between image and text. It is easier (at least for me) to springboard from an image into text than vice versa.

I found this "band man" hiding in an old notebook. He didn't get very far. He's not finished. Stick 'em up!
He means your work. And he means it now.

The framed painting above is titled, A Curious Silence Pervades. It says so in my notebook so it must be true.
