Abandoned iron ore processing machinery at the closed iron mine at Lyon Mountain, NY:

Digital photo taken with Canon PowerShot A630 pocket camera. Tweaked in photoshop for color balance and contrast. Originally owned by the Chateuguay Iron and Steel Company, later Republic Steel. Adirondack iron ore was considered of the highest quality and was used in the building of the Brooklyn Bridge.
