I have started a fun small concrete tea candle holders project, quite unlike my usual larger than life garden sculptures. As usual, these were designed and rendered in Rhino 3D software. They are 70mm high and can be used coupled together or separated. I propose using natural and black tinted concrete for them, cast in RTV silicone rubber moulds of the models I am making in layered foam board. This is my trusty workflow I've described before. Here is a photorealistic render.

They are loosely inspired by Frank Gehry's Bilbao Guggenheim museum I visited a few years ago. It also inspired a silver bangle I made when I was messing around with making jewellery.

Ooh I love these Hermes! They look like they'll be lovely to hold. And beautiful bangle. 👌

These are lovely Hermes !

Thanks also for always describing your work flow . It's very interesting.

Cheers,

These are beautiful, Hermes, and I love how they fit together! You put so much thought and care into everything you design and it shows.

These are really neat, Hermes, I like the way they fit together. And the bangle is gorgeous. ❤️ ❤️

Wow, thank you. I didn't make a lot of jewellery, but I enjoyed designing and making the few pieces I completed. The bangle was the least embarrassing of my attempts. Perhaps one day I will play with sterling silver again.
