This is interesting painting! It tells a story. I like to see a person in this painting. I've been meaning to add people to my paintings but so far haven't succeeded. I keep trying by following your example.

I also find beautiful color combinations in this painting and am fond of your composition. Well done!

My palette is rather simple but very productive. Crimson, Ultra Blue, Yellow Ocher, Burnt Umber, Hooker Green, Tit White. Occasionally I add lemon yellow, cerulean blue, burnt sienna. According to AI, the first five avoid mud as they are all related.
I get away with it as I really simplify the subject much like early Russian Impressionism. I need a model so I use AI to give me a picture of my idea for a painting. Then I manipulate that into what I want to paint. My initial layer is sloppy and more to value. I then refine it. It’s Alla prima so decisions are made as I paint. Hope that helps in some way. The comp usually changes as I paint as I like one thing to lead to another like ashtray, glass, bottle, and man.

Yes, I agree re slowness of WC. I'm glad there's back up options that are fairly similar in WC and FB, & that most of us can go to together in some way, but it makes you appreciate the smoothness and ease of CS, doesn't it?

Maybe you haven't accepted ads. To me the adds show but hubby mentioned he's blocking them .. somehow ... not sure if that's true tho/if I've understood correct.
