I have no idea about intense ink or what it's supposed to do but your flower is nice to view.

Inktense is a brand of watercolor pencils. I use them to scribble on a palette and then I use a brush to pick up the pigment and paint. They handle a little differently from regular watercolor because they are permanent when dry where watercolor can be reactivated and lifted at any time.
