Well, this will be very good exercise for your mind. Sometimes itās good to push in areas we do not find at all easy or that comes naturally. It may be rough at first, but you can improve. I have definitely found that in my own life and my own work.
I do feel like thereās a ghostly element to this piece. Or the artist is saying something about the scene. Maybe something about time and change. Or even about the artist himself, changing his mind. Or art.. what is acceptable? The possibilities. What to leave in or what to take out. About the act of creation and choices made. Possible alternatives.
I like that you call your journey the yellow brick road. Yes keep following it. Already seeing that each piece is quite different as you explore.
That is the key thing about abstract that I really love. You can be standing and go in any direction. And find something different.
