I've just thought Grapes, is it a neti pot? Or a jug?

It's for drinking fresh and cold water in Spain.
In a hot weather esp. in summer you fill this bucaro with water and it starts to cool down when in normal house temp. (no fridge needed) and even if you take this container with you out to the patio you have cold water with you. You drink from the hole that is closer to you in the painting. It's very handy in Spain.
