Love this one! The vase is a great contrast to all the soft. The variation in finish on the table is perfect and adds some interest.

It actually gave me a lift day after. I do things and of course I’m never happy with them. Next day when I take an unartist look I can see it as a painting and not something I am searching for errors and things I can fix. It’s done. Then I can truly see if it works as a painting or not.

Thank you Donna and Bart. Actually, an irregular heartbeat has me on a pill that caffein would react to causing the pill to speed up instead of slow down. I look always and prestore my ideas of interest until I am ready to work them. Still get blank now and then but lately on a roll. Thoughts become things, things become studies which are called paintings as I set out to study some aspect and a painting is born. Who knows, it’s great fun.
