Thanks Lamar: The frosty look is titanium white, laid on thick. Other areas are either the white, or water droplets that I manipulate with brush.

Holy hell! These are FANTASTIC! I love them! The top one knocked my socks off, across the room and whacked a hole through the wall. I am so in love. How special indeed! What a great technique this is.
