I consider the AZ Badlands to be one of the most interesting places in AZ. The scenery is rugged, but amazing.

Thanks Artyczar more often than not, the further out into the high Country desert, the more flat the sky looks as it can be quite cloudless.

It's the same way here. The high desert has a sky color that people wouldn't believe unless they saw it for themselves.
