Grapes, the whiskers on the lioness would have looked better on a darker background. I tried some white paint, and then white pencil, but the paper was getting too rough for a good result.

Sadly, I doubt anyone has the knowledge, inclination or talents to continue the site. I notice that the contributing/supporting member designations have been removed from our names. This is a great site and a shock to lose it.

Whew! I am really rushing this tonight because I don't know what the situation will be tomorrow. Wet Canvas lost a lot of members several years when ownership changed hands, and a lot of links don't work, and a lot of members left. The good news is that there are still many of the great artists and people that are at CS and monthly challenges. These links will bring you to the main subject page where the challenges are noted.

I finally finished the Brahman Cow. It was all finished except for adding color and then scanning it. Here's my last for the Dec/Jan challenge.
