I've been in the middle of a huge weather, rain, system for 4 days. Yesterday roads out to anywhere were river's, my paddocks were ponds. Then it stopped raining over night. I can see the road, the paddocks are not ponds, the creek is out of the garden, and I can't hear it from inside the house. Blue skies. No clouds. Gentle breeze. And, one long gentle sigh as people are waking up.

Just heard the first car going down the road. Now 2 going the other way. Good signs.

That sounds close to being scary!!! I wouldn't want to feel trapped in the house with the roads flooded.
