Just thought I'd share as this was a nice gesture. This was from a while ago but I recently found a photo I took.
My parents live in a renovated church they purchased when I was a child. It used to be a Baptist church. Shortly after we moved in, a nice old man brought us a teapot he'd found with the church on it and the dates it was in service. Years later, someone left matching teacups on the porch for us.
Well, last summer, my dad went outside for something and found this oil painting sitting on the porch. We don't know who left it, but we figured out it was done by Paul Schleusner, an artist who lived in the Port nearby. Unfortunately he has since passed away. I thought it was a lovely gesture by whoever owned it.
