All 9 x 12 acrylic on paper .. alla prima .. painted August/25
Did the first one twice as I didn't overly like the light in the first .. still overworking but getting closer to getting it done faster. My one grip is the paint on the palette dries and you have to be careful for the dried paint curdles getting into your paint. I tried the wet palette but not a fan of that for painting. However, it store paint very well if you have a lid on it.

I like all three - you do pines so well! It’s frustrating when your color mixes dry so fast and you have to keep remixing and trying to match a color. Can’t someone invent a palette for acrylics that automatically mists itself every so often?

Thank you, Joe, Jo, and Donna.

Donna,
I think I will keep my piles on the wet palette and just move my mixing to the glass. I’m fairly fast but when it gets to the fine finish that takes more time as it’s hit and miss and you need to look more than paint.
