I saw one of the greatest films I've seen in a long time. It was a documentary by Seamus Murphy that inspired PJ Harvey's album. It's a film like no other I've seen: poetic, original, and deeply moving. Seamus Murphy's reporting trips become a collaborative art experience while Harvey joins him across him in Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Washington DC. It's a documentation of an artistic process.
