I participated in an art walk/exhibition this past Sunday. During travel and exhibition two of my paintings was damaged, small tears/holes in the canvas. Both paintings was recently varnished. Anyone have tips on the best way to mend them? I have started looking this up and read different...

Work in progress. Blue blanket. I painted the blue last night, a combination of cyan and ultramarin. And it was an enjoyable experience, so I wanted to show it - even though it is not finished :)

Thank you. I've fought with this for quite a while, it had other colours in the beginning. A darker background. The eyes is on of the last details I finished saturday evening, but I guess the last little detail can make such a difference sometimes :)

It has been a lazy summer for me, but I'm getting back at it with a couple of small, spontaneous studies. 18x24 cm (about 7x9 inches) on canvas panel.

Yennefer of Vengerberg in the Netflix show The Witcher. She is played by actress Anya Chalotra, so I guess the portrait is really more of her ;)
