This is very cool, Terri! Love the technique, your holiday photo is lovely but this gives it real depth and interest. The Louvre is awesome, we went a couple of years ago and spent an entire day on one floor, during which time we lost each other for at least an hour! Please do more like this 🙂

I think this worked well Anne, the ink lines fade in and out of the paint nicely.

Thanks for starting off the challenge, Anne! Your bloom is beautiful, very delicate, and lovely blending. My magnolia is taking its time to open, but the buds are getting fat. If the weather allows I'll get some sketches over the weekend.
