I know what you are saying but ... in my opinion the foremost tree is fine positioned and so nicely painted .. so perfect to look at that I wouldn't touch it!! Instead if you wanted to fix the 'problem' it would be easily fixed by touching the tree behind it by adding little bit of grey sky...
