I paint on paper often, too. It's a good enough support for oils. I pay attention to prices also as materials can be costly.

Yes, I was in Wexford. I enjoyed my trip a lot but as our painting locations changed to a new one every day, it was too intense. So, now I have a pile of Irish pleinairs to finish. Nice to hear your aunt lives in Wexford and that your parents are Irish. 🇮🇪 💕
