WIP - Beach house

Hi folks, in truth it's pretty much finished and signed, but I will make a few tiny touches yet.
For a friend who has helped us a lot who did not want to be paid but asked for a painting instead of his house. On Pastelmat, I have masked down to 25x35 cm. The bottom section squewed perspective so I am masking it out. The boats I'm not happy with but I cannot fiddle them more.
Mostly Rembrandt's, a few Sennelier. This is the second attempt, the first one was on gesso'd 300gm WC paper. It was ok but not what I was after.
I think this one is ok. It doesn't do the actual bay justice but he wanted the house included so it limited the vantage.

Great work Murray. Great detail. Boats are tough. Don't know why. They're fine though.
