tool-question : which tool would you gonna use here?!

well i am pretty new to design-work.

at the moment i am trying to create such a grapic - cosnstiing of dots.

according to my limited knowledge i think i ought to use
a, gimp or
b. krita or
c. inkscape

what would you gonna use to create such a immage!?

I only know how to use Photoshop.

Maybe someone else knows.

Do you need a 3D or 2D graphic? Any of those tools you list would be suitable for 2D. For 3D graphics my go-to program is Rhino 3D.

i need a 2D graphic.

well i think that i can try one of above mentioned programs...
