Ten minute sketch - 19 Marienkirche (St. Mary's Church), Berlin

This is a 4" x 5" pen and ink sketch with a black ink gel pen. This was, I think, my 25th sketch in my attempt to use sketching to overcome the unsteadiness in my hand. It is numbered as the 19th ten minute sketch because the others took longer than ten minutes.

Apart from bringing some degree of steadiness to my hand, my speed sketching exercise has made me focus on the essentials. And that, I hope, will also improve the way I sketch and paint.
