I love the way the background has so many of the flowers' colors. Very exquisitely rendered. How are you so very prolific?! I am a sloth slow painter and do so many other things. I wish I had time to comment on more of your works.

What an amazing creative mind! I struggle with interpretation of a subject, and am too literal. Deciding what is "important" to the essence eludes me. A life being detail oriented with a science background likely contributed to this.

I paint abstractly and if I can suggest, the viewer is happy to complete the vision in their mind. Much better than I could paint. Suggesting is much easier than detail and much more detailed than I could paint detail. I am not quite where I want to be with limiting my brushwork and I over define more than I should, but I find new tricks along the way. It’s a fun learning experience.

Me too on the boring life Wayne I love it though funnily enough... Illness made me slow down but on the positive side it's allowed me to embrace my introvert and hermit side.. there's nothing I like more now than drawing and crocheting all day.
