It's always fun participating in an art challenge, but what if you'd like to host your own?
All members are welcome to host an Animals and Wildlife Challenge, using their choice of prompts or reference photos. Hosting is open for anyone to participate at any time. We just ask that you follow a few guidelines.
When posting a new Challenge, please include the following in your introductory post:
- Participants are welcome to use any medium of their choice.
- Any style is welcome.
- Projects can be any size.
- The length of time your Challenge is open for participation. This can be a week, a month, two months... whatever you choose!
- Provide either a prompt, or a selection of reference photos for your Challenge. For prompts, this could be a statement like "Birds in the wild", or "Aquatic animals" for example. Photos can either follow a theme, or be a random mix of images. Your challenge, your choice! When providing reference photos, please ensure any photos used are either your own, used with permission, or not subject to copyright.
Lastly, feel free to be creative with your Challenge! For example, maybe you might want to include a secondary bonus challenge like "Try a new medium" or "Include a unique background". Have fun with it!
